The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) that will invest primarily in domestic and foreign equity securities of companies considered by Sarmaya Partners, LLC, the sub-adviser to the fund (the “Sub-Adviser”), to reflect an emerging or prevailing market theme.
